UFO encounters continue to increase – as documented on WWN.  And today scientists at SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence), an independent non-commercial organization,  made a major announcement:

“Three giant spaceships are heading toward Earth. The largest one of them is 200 miles wide. Two others are slightly smaller. The ditty “rain, rain go away come again another day” may not work as a shallow low pressure area (LPA) off northern Luzon may enhance the southwest monsoon and bring more rain.
Heavy rain again pounded Metro Manila late Sunday. The weather bureau said the volume of rainfall in the metropolis from 11 p.m.  Sunday to 2 a.m. Monday, was relatively high at 31 cubic meters."

Ormoc city : November 1991 flashflood tragedy - YouTube

Ormoc city : November 1991 flashflood tragedy - YouTube: "Wrought by the catastrophic flashflood in Ormoc, Leyte, Philippines. In November 1991, more than 5000 people perished in this single tragedy. Unusually heavy, continuous rains (580.5 millimeters in 24 hours) brought by tropical storm Uring caused landslides at the steep slope of a river system leading to the city of Ormoc. The floodwaters, along with the landslide debris, surged full force into the city proper, wreaking death and destruction along its path. According to the Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) current trends in global warming will cause more intense precipitation over many areas in Asia, increase in tropical cyclone peak wind intensities, intensified droughts and floods associated with El Niño/La Niña events, increased Asian summer monsoon precipitation, and more hot days--causing corresponding severe impacts on human and natural systems."
